Marching On...

March has whizzed by with a confusing back and forth of temperatures and weather conditions. Our students have been just as busy, though, indoors and outdoors, learning, working and playing - whether it is tapping all the trees and boiling the sap down to make what we swear is the BEST maple syrup in the universe, or walking along the creek looking for skulls, bones, etc. or practicing shinrinyoku in the woods, going on field trips to the theatre, or working indoors on lessons and projects. March has been fun!

Work has begun in the classrooms and amongst parents for our big annual fundraiser in June - Dinner In The Woods. Each classroom works on an art project that gets auctioned at the Gala. Shhh...for now these are just teasers! Wait till you see the finished projects!!!

Keep an eye out for the link to our online Silent Auction site so you can bid on these and other wonderful auction items. Visit our Dinner In The Woods page on the Montessori school page to informed about the exciting updates. https://www.discovernci.org/dinner-in-the-woods

We welcome April in the hopes of warmer temperatures and a week-long celebration of Earth Day, culminating in Earth Day Fest, towards the end of the month. More about that in our next post!
