How do I join the Live Event?

Simply log into your OneCause account that you created when you registered for Dinner In The Woods. It will take you to the Event Page and that’s it. 

What if I have technical issues during the event?

We do have tech support with us from OneCause who will be supporting us through the event. Just send us a message on the Chat window of the event page and we should be able to help you.

How will I know if I have been outbid?

 You will receive a text message from OneCause saying that you have been outbid so that you can bid again.

When does the Silent Auction end?

The Silent Auction ends at 9.30pm CST on June 5th.

How will I know if I have won anything?

You will receive a text message and /or email notifying you that you have won one/several items. Click on the link in the message to take you to the cart which will have your winning item/s.

How and where can I collect the items I won?

Unless specified otherwise, all items will be available for pick up from Nature’s Classroom Institute and Montessori School, W336 S8455 Hwy E, Mukwonago WI 53149. Items can be picked up between Monday 6/7 – 6/11, between 7.30 and 4.pm. Please email deepa@nciw.org to schedule your pick-up. 

Can my items be shipped to me?

Yes, we can ship your items to you. There MAY be additional shipping costs based on the weight and dimensions of the items. However, some items are for local pick up ONLY and have been specified as such in the item description.

How can I pay for my items?

You may have registered for the event with a credit card. You will be charged by the end of the event for anything you may have won.

What do I do if I do not want to pay by credit card?

A check can be mailed (Nature's Classroom Institute, P.O. Box 660, Mukwonago, WI 53149) or dropped off at the school (W336 S8455 Hwy E, Mukwonago, WI 53149). Checks should be made out to Nature's Classroom Institute. Checks need to be mailed by June 15th, 2021.
